Commissioned art is for personal use only (ex. icons, wallpapers, prints, etc). Commercial use is prohibited unless otherwise stated. Any post altercations (cropping, recolors, etc) by the recipient are allowed, but are prohibited from being sold or used for commercial use unless otherwise stated.

Taking credit for the art (saying you personally made it), reselling any files given or edited versions of any product is strictly prohibited. Putting any form of the commission on the blockchain, affiliated with the blockchain (i.e. NFT), or used in artificial intelligence is prohibited. These post-altercations cannot be sold or taken credit for by the recipient/client.

Live2D models and assets come allowed for commercial/personal use and the client retains the rights to the character, design, and final product unless otherwise stated. Post-altercations of the models are allowed and the client is allowed to have these files be altercated by other parties.

Any credit is not required, but is greatly appreciated.

I remain the right to post any work in progresses to social media, portfolios, etc, unless otherwise agreed upon. Non-Disclosure Agreements may be subject to added fees.

Refunds are not allowed after the commission has been approved and the first payment accepted unless canceled by me. I retain the right to refuse any commissions and added requests of the client at any time and any commissions canceled by me after being accepted and paid for will be refunded in full.
